Welcome to MySpa.Business. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our software-as-a-service platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration and Security

To use our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Subscription, Billing, and Payments

MySpa.Business is a subscription-based service.

  • Free Trials: We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be billed for the subscription tier you select unless you cancel beforehand.
  • Payments: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your subscription.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you will not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks.
  • Resell, lease, or sub-license the Service without our explicit written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding your business data and client data) are and will remain the exclusive property of MySpa.Business and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySpa.Business shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your subscription at any time through your account settings.
